During her stay, full covid precautions were in place so we could not visit. She said they immediately put her in diapers because she needed help to get up to go to the bathroom and they didn’t want to take the time to help her. On top of that, they didn’t change her regularly, so she sat in urine for extended periods of time. Because of the congestive heart failure, she is on a daily diuretic. The Brian center was refusing to give her the diuretic because they didn’t want to change her diapers more than they had to already.

That is ridiculous, abusive, and I can’t think of enough words to describe my utter disgust for a place that treats people like this. I have reported all this to the appropriate agencies/people and I’m not sure what came of it. We got her out of there and I hope they get shut down. I’m only giving them a 1 star rating because there are no negative stars.
